We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company, creating and executing effective sales strategies. Liaising with key stakeholders through execution as well as expanding contracts, you will also lead our internal teams responsible for delivering on the mandates.

1. Conduct market research to identify target markets and prospective clients; and add value from
your experience and existing professional relationships to forge connections for our company
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
3. Understand the target markets industry wise, company/project wise; present strategies and
growth opportunities on a regular basis to management
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives via
multiple media of communication; establish a strong presence marketing our company’s services
in the industry
5. Forge solid long term relationships with new and existing clients
6. Sign and execute contracts with new and existing clients
7. Lead and collaborate with the internal teams (HR, recruiting, accounting, ops & executives) to
deliver the contracts
8. Provide reliable after sales account support, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

9. Provide trustworthy feedback & continuous reports regarding our existing business to
management
10. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
11. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the organization;
participate in job fairs, university recruiting, and other events to promote the organization
12. Attend industry events and conferences, provide feedback and information on market and
creative trends
